Professionalism and personal attention

When we recently received the premium increase notices concerning our long term healthcare policies, we were a little concerned.  After we set up an online meeting with Melissa Barnickel and went through the particulars of the policies and the increased (doubled and increasing) coverages, we realized what a great thing we did by going with you 11 years ago.  She worked with us to help defray the increased premium by paying annually instead of quarterly and helped us realize what comprehensive coverage we have.  In spite of any future health concerns, our investments and home are safe, thanks to Melissa. 

I have a very dear friend whose wife is in a nursing home with Alzheimer’s, attends to her daily and is slowly draining his financial resources.  This man is no ordinary person and has helped invent many devices that most of the civilized world uses daily, yet remains humble and devoted.  His love and personal care for his wife has helped her live years beyond what her doctors predicted.  He worries if he’ll have enough money to continue to care for her. 

With Melissa's help, (and our continued premium payments) we will not wind up in that position.  We thank you for your professionalism and personal attention.
