Reduced complexity and stress!

Melissa Barnickel was extremely helpful in understanding my Medicare coverage and the best options for Medicare Supplement Insurance policies, dental and Medicare Part D coverage.  She is extremely knowledgeable about the various options and provided client-specific guidance on each selection.  Melissa provided links to websites, articles and Baygroup information ahead of time to help educate me on the options and when it was time to make the selections. She helped to complete the online applications and followed-up with the appropriate paperwork.  Melissa reduced the complexity of these issues and the stress of making the proper decisions.  My wife will be working with her next year.
